Steam Roasted Vegetables

Steam Roasted Vegetables are the best way to utilize a bag of frozen mixed vegetables.  Broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower that are cooked perfectly!  Aside dish everyone will enjoy!

  • 4 Cups FrozenVegetable Mix (Broccoli, Carrots, and Cauliflower)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Dash of Salt & Pepper, to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400°.  Spray 9x11 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Pour vegetables into casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil.  Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Stir vegetables until well combined then spread into an even layer.  Cover with a silicone baking mat.
  • Bake for 28 minutes. Remove silicone mat and bake for another 6-7 minutes until fork tender.
  • Remove from oven and serve.


If you want the vegetables roasted more than steamed, remove the silicone mat after 20 minutes and let bake for another 15 minutes.
Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.  Microwave to reheat.
