Spicy Asian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Teaspoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoon Gochujang
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Carrot or 1 cup bagged shredded carrots

Instructions
 

  • Cut cucumber in half, then cut into thin slices. Set aside.
  • Shred carrot and add to bowl with cucumber.
  • Chop green onion and add to bowl with carrot and cucumber.
  • In a large bowl, combine rice vinegar, gochujang, sesame oil, sea same seeds, salt and honey. Mix well.
  • To the bowl, add cucumber, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.
  • Mix well and serve.
