Almond Butter Overnight Oats

So easy to make and packed with delicious flavor.  Oats mixed with almond milk, yogurt, syrup, chia seeds, and almond butter are guaranteed to keep you full until lunch.

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 ½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ Cup Fat Free Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds


  • Mix all ingredients into an airtight container.  Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.


For my toddler friendly recipe, I only use 1 Cup Almond Milk to make the oats have less liquid, specifically for the young toddlers that can’t use a spoon yet!  Reduce chia seeds to ½ tablespoon.
