Chop onion and bell pepper, then set aside.
Heat large pot over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add onion and bell pepper, stir, and sauté for 5 minutes until onion is translucent.
Increase heat to high-medium and add ground turkey and cook for about 7 minutes, breaking into small pieces, until full cooked.
Add diced tomatoes, refried beans, black beans, tomato sauce, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, Mexican oregano, and salt.
Mix well, bring to a boil, and reduce heat to low.
Partially cover and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove lid, stir in masa, and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese, diced red onion, avocado slices, and baked tortilla trips
